It’s official. As of yesterday, I’ve lost a total of 15 pounds since starting this new plan of healthier eating. My loss of 1.4lbs over the previous week would have been better if not for a little get-together I had with cousins on Saturday night. Do you know how quickly the calories can add up when you have a couple of appetizers, lasagna, ravioli, some beers, mixed drinks, and delicious apple pie w/ice cream? I had been good the rest of the week and was on pace for a 2lb loss. But, alas, Saturday night came along and said, “Not uh, not this week.”
The week isn’t starting that well as I’m trying to finish leftovers. But, I think after today, it’ll be back on track food-wise. The worst thing about eating healthy is the loudness of crunching celery & carrots in my cubicle. It seems that the office is at its quietest when I’m chomping down on my veggie snacks. Oh, well. At least I’m really enjoying them.
I still have to work on getting to the gym to sweat some calories off. Tonight’s gonna be the first trip in 2010. Can’t wait.

Congrats dude. I've fallen off the wagon. The Wii Fit will be very angry with me. Or at least give me a guilt trip.
The Wii Fit has been very stalkerish. Seriously, it's been asking me how you're doing. It gave me a series of options asking how you look. Can't remember them or what I chose. But, still, you'd better get some time in.
Btw, I also have Wii Resort Sports and Just Dance. Wii Resort Sports is fun to do alone. The dance one is kinda boring w/out other people.
