Week 5 - 186.0

I was so surprised when I weighed in at 186lbs this past Sunday. I mean, I lost a little from the previous week even though I ate SO bad this past week. Well, I didn't eat SO bad. My dinners were bad for about four nights. But, I did try to keep it healthy the other meals. I guess that's helping.

I'm really starting to feel the difference in my clothes. I'm able to wear some old jeans I hadn't worn in so long. And I bought a new pair with a 34 waist. They are "a little" tight but I hope to fit well in them by the end of January. My fat 36 jeans which I'm wearing right now are so loose.

I'm looking foward to being at 184.0 next week. I think I can do it!
