I'm thinking it's all over with

When can I officially say I'm graduated? I choose now. Sure, all the grades need to be officially submitted by my professors. Then the classes will be reviewed and all the admin stuff will need to be done. Heck... do I get my degree in the next six weeks? Or will I only get it when after the graduation ceremony in June? Who knows. But what I've decided is that I'm done. It's unofficially officially over with... I've graduated from CWU!!! "I can't believe it," is what I've been saying all night. In Facebook, I changed my status to, "Rodney unofficially has his accounting degree from CWU!!!!!!!" People have already sent their congratulations... and a couple of folks have emailed me best wishes. I called my fiancee first thing after class. Then I called my mom, then my sister. Everyone's happy for me. But nobody's happier than me! It's been a long journey and I'm just so proud of what I've done. I'm soaking it all in and just on top of the world right now! There's more to come... more classes to qualify for the CPA exam, taking a review course for the test, then taking the exams late next year. But I'm taking some time to reflect on what I've done and be proud of all the hard work. I'm so thankful for everyone who's been supportive and encouraging. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
