Whoah. I'm ten weeks into "healthy living" (this is no diet, son) and I'm about 24 pounds less. I still have no idea what my ideal weight should be. I guess that's what a trip to the doctor will tell me. I have to remember to make that appointment sometime next week.
I'm not sure what happened this past week to accelerate the loss. I've been eating slowly throughout the days. I've heard that can help your metabolism. I also had three intense cardio workouts. So that's good. What's surprising is I've had McDonald's, KFC, and Taco Time this past week. Of course, each time I did, I ate something low calorie-ish. Grilled chicken at KFC was a good alternative.
I'm slacking on the running front. My ankle feels "okay" but I just want to give it a little rest before heading out again. I think today will just be elliptical day.
I really gotta up my blog game a little. All I've been writing about is this weight loss junk. But I guess I just want to document all this change that's come over me. Feeling good, Valentine.
