Nothing much to say except I lost 1.2 pounds this past week. It's been a week of working out a lot - so I felt like I would have lost much more weight. Not sure what happened but, again, at least I lost something.
And, oh yeah, I've lost 10% of my starting weight having now lost a little over 20 pounds total. I'm feeling good. I'm in no rush to lose another 30lbs to hit my ultimate goal of 150. But, the sooner the better in regards to running that half marathon.
