I forgot to update my blog with my latest weight. Surprisingly, I still lost a little over the previous week even though I had the most delicious xmas brunch. I even had an awesome Saturday night dessert before my Sunday weigh-in.
This week, I've supplemented controlled eating with Wii Fit games. I know... it's not a "real" workout. But, it's better than sitting on my ass not doing a damn thing.
Next week should be interesting since there are still more holiday meals this week. At least my breakfasts and lunches have been good thus far.
