Week 2 - 190.8

Today's weigh-in: 190.8!

I lost three pounds this past week. I'm really glad that I decided to start this new diet BEFORE the new year. It's helping in situations where I'd normally just eat as much food as I can. Isn't that sad? Treating every meal like an all-you-can-eat buffet? Enough of that.

A couple of things I learned this week -- no alcohol. Not that i drink much. But I went to a comedy show earlier this week and drank a couple of high-calorie mixed drinks. As tasty as those were, I'm going to have to refrain from those.

Also, on that very same night, I ate more than just one serving for my dinner. Actually, I ate a lot. Stupid, stupid, stupid. It was Thai food. Couldn't help myself. But it's all good. I'm not gonna feel guilty -- but I am gonna try to recognize areas that I could improve upon.
