Week 1 - 193.8

There it is. I lost almost five pounds this past week! I went down from 198.6 to 193.8. Well, that's probably not completely accurate. When I weighed myself a week ago, it was night time. Today's weigh-in was in the morning. And I seem to fluctuate a lot throughout the day. I'm usually lightest in the morning. Next week's weighing will be more reflective of how well I'm really doing.

Sadly, today was a very very bad day of eating. But, heck, let's recap the goodness, shall we? For lunch, I had salt & pepper pork with beef chow fun noodles. Yummy? Yes! And for dinner? A huge ass piece of pepperoni & mushroom pizza. I mean the BIGGEST slice of pizza you'd ever see... one slice of pizza from a 28" pie. And a piece of delicious ice cream birthday cake and a couple of pints of beer. Soooo good. Eating these foods was unavoidable -- that just means I'll have to be good the rest of the week. Which I shall be.

Does it seem odd that I'm just putting my weight out here for people to see? Yeah... kinda. But I think it's just another way for me to be held accountable for this little project of mine.

Time to sleep!
