Snowed in

Wow. I guess my disappointment has turned into excitement! The snow is here. The white fluffies hit hard and is still going strong. I'd say there's about four inches on the ground. Active Voice is closed today so it's like a holiday... being paid to stay home & be safe.



Too bad I can't make lunch plans with a friend leaving for North Carolina this Saturday. I might not be able to see her before she leaves. That's a shame. I don't even wanna try taking the bus. The news is showing buses getting stuck. Ummm... not so safe. Interesting message on the bus website for Route 54 from West Seattle:

Due to adverse weather, this route is operating an unpublished reroute.

I understand what they're trying to say but doesn't that sound kinda funny? OOOooooo... a secret route.
